Sodium; carbonate and hydrochloric acid react to make sodium chloride and carbonbic acid. Carbonic acid decomposes into water and CO2. How many liters of CO2 can form if 250ml of a 6M solution of HCL is dumped into a very concentrated solution of sodium carbonate?
If I have 30g of sodium carbonate how many grams of HCL would be required to react?
If I add 50g of sodium carbonate to the exact amount of HCl necessary what will be the resulting molality be if there are 2.4kg of solvent? Assuming a Kf of 1.86 kgC.mol what is the new freezing point?
